Swiss Re Shared Services is the off shore business processing center of Swiss Re. A large part of the entire international Insurance accounting of Swiss Re is managed from this center.

Ibexi provided consultancy to Swiss Re and held training on General insurance & reinsurance concepts for key accounting staff. Training included general insurance basics, insurance workflow, underwriting workflow (new business and endorsements), claims, reinsurance, accounting, reserving, reporting, regulatory and tax aspects, introduction to different lines of business (fire, marine, liability, personal, motor etc.)
