Basu - Head, Delivery & Pre-sales
Surajit Basu is an IT consultant with over 20 years of experience in design,
development and implementation of enterprise-wide solutions in different industries, especially
insurance. With his broad range of technical experience, project management skills across the
entire lifecycle of IT solutions, and cross-cultural management and leadership skills, he has
managed several projects from conceptualisation to execution. Working closely with insurance
companies such as Allianz AG General Insurance, Mitsui Marine Insurance, Sumitomo Fire & General
Insurance, Tokio Marine General, Standard Life and HDFC across Asia-Pacific - including Hong Kong,
Philippines, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, India and Pakistan, Basu has led over 15 enterprise-wide
projects.
Basu received his B. Tech in Computer Science from IIT Kanpur, and his MBA from IIM Calcutta.
He has published several papers on Insurance practices in a variety of journals.
Narasimhan
Parthasarathy - Country Manager, Singapore
Narasimhan is an IT professional with over 22 years of experience in design and development
of enterprise-wide solutions in insurance. Familiar with a wide variety of methodologies, tools
and technologies, he has led several large development projects for insurance applications, as
well as business intelligence applications. In IT companies, he has been the leader of development
teams managing software applications for life, non-life and group insurance. Clients for whom
Narasimhan has helped execute development work include HDFC Standard Life, Allianz Singapore and
Allianz Philippines.
Narasimhan received his B. Com in from the University of Madras, India and is an Associate
of the Insurance Institute of India.
Subhash
Bhavnani - Head, Development and IDIT
Subhash Bhavnani is an IT consultant with 22 years of experience in consulting, design,
development and project management of software solutions in Banking, Finance, Government and
Insurance Sectors.
With his technical, consulting and project management skills and his broad exposure across the
all stages of the IT lifecycle, he has managed several projects from conceptualisation to execution
in India and North America.
In Banking, Subhash has executed projects in Foreign Exchange Dealing, Trade Finance, Term Lending
and Accounts and Investment Management. In Insurance Subhash has designed and implemented BI solutions
for Life Insurance companies and provided consultancy for preparation of roadmaps for IT departments
and Business Plans for CRM implementation, led application development and led the implementation for
non-life insurance core systems.
Subhash received his B. Sc. from the University of Bombay, India and his M.B.A from Gujarat University,
Ahmedabad.
Sameer Bhadekar - Head, Pre Sales
Sameer is an IT consultant with expertise in Insurance Domain- both Life and General. Sameer has previously worked in insurance and IT companies in a variety of business and IT roles: Accenture, Mphasis, ICICI Lombard General Insurance as an Underwriter, Birla Sun Life Insurance in Sales.
He has also been involved in various IT projects for insurance : at AIG Brazil, The Hartford, Life Insurance Corporation (India). Sameer has wide experience in analysis, design and development of enterprise-wide solutions for the insurance industry.
Sameer received his BE (Production) and MBA (Finance) from Mumbai University. He has an INS certification in General Insurance from American Institute for CPCU.

Sadasivan Kalidas is an IT Consultant with total of more than 18 years of experience in consulting, design, development and project management of software solutions mostly into Insurance industry.
Extensive experience in solution designing and architecture , in IT Project Management, Process Management along the SDLC ,ITIL frame work, system integration, vendor management ,client relationship management, operations management, configuration management, business requirement analysis, system design & development, life cycle & build management, stress functional and regression testing.
Experiences include Green Field implementation of Policy Admin System (INGENIUM) and Allied systems for launch of Day 1 operations for Major Life Insurers in India and Japan, Maintenance and solution consulting and designing for future growth in business for Web based and Servicing Portals, IT outsourcing analysis & transition to steady state AMO of core applications for global insurers (life and non life) based out of North America. Implementing Global Development of Product Development from USA to INDIA in the Group Life and HRO space.
